Irving Big Stop in New Minas

Good food, value, cleanliness & friendliness

I've fueled up here many times. There's always an open pump, since they have so many, yet the checkout process is generally quite speedy. They've got cheap hot dog and drink combos if you're hungry but need to get back on the road, or you can sit down and eat at the restaurant.

Really friendly people and good food

Great place to get a cheap soda and hot dog. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I have had issues with Irving's Self service that caused me to pay for the previous customer that has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Busy spot! But able to fit us in for diagnostics first thing in the morning after our check engine light came on.

Great place to eat. All day breakfast!! Large portions, at a wonderful price. This place also has a beautiful spot just for your dogs!!! Very clean, lovely staff!!

With friendly and helpful staff, a wide range of selection in the store, and reliably clean washrooms, Irving Oil locations are a regular stopping location for my family and I where and whenever possible when on the road. The chain is a familiar brand and one I'm happy to stop at while travelling.

I've always been a fan of 'greasy' breakfast platters and the Big Stop has never disappointed in that respect. The 'Big Breakfast' clocks in at $13.99 and includes what is depicted, plus another full plate of toast / pancakes. Filling. Staff have always been friendly and engaging - you're made to feel like a regular, not just another patron.

Only reason I give 3 stars right now is I cant tell how the customer service is as its takeout only but as for the cooks A++ wasnt a long wait and I had meal i just finished off and i was definitely full.

Employees are slow and not very well trained on things there,never very friendly at all barely speak to you when at the counter paying for products and gas.

Convenient location just off the 103 East. Good food and has small grocery too.

Irving serve my propane Fireplace and fuel and have been fantastic to me.

Great place! Homemade, yummy, price is excellent, healthy choices, can be very busy as it's quite popular for all the great reasons.Washroom could be on top of a bit more often... especially during peak times.Highly recommended.

The service is shitty for the staff has been there for years and should know better there rude and the management doesnt care . I go there only because there the only place any good at all but would never recommend sliw service and rushy get the hell out service when the place isnt even full. Suggestion thow get there before 8 am and get a cheap breakfast 5.49 + TAX. NOT BAD OH TAKE YOUR DAM TIME U PAY TO RELAX AND U PAY THERE BILLS.

Pay at the pumps consistently do not have paper, so you have to go into the store for a receipt. Always busy breakfast on the weekends. Good for at a reasonable price. Always friendly staff.
